Story
A Parkland, Florida-native, Shake joined the Black & Yellow prior to his rookie 2024 season.
In his inaugural year as a pro, Shakes made two league appearances and one start in the U.S. Open Cup. In addition to earning his first career victory in the USOC third round against Lubbock Matadors, Shakes’ contribution to the 2024 was an indelible one: His first career shutout and first league win came on September 22nd in a must-win match against Loudoun United at Rio Grande Credit Union Field at Isotopes Park. Shakes made four terrific saves en route to a crucial victory for United.
Prior to joining New Mexico United, Shakes was an all-conference honors at Pennsylvania State University.
