Warehouse Associate
Position Summary/Objective:
New Mexico United seeks to hire a driven and hardworking individual to work part-time in New
Mexico United’s merchandise warehouse. Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, and
Director of Merchandise this individual will be instrumental in receiving, processing and fulfilling
online orders, assisting with incoming and outgoing deliveries, and maintaining a clean and
safe work environment. This individual will also be asked to assist with retail store initiatives as
needed.
KEY Responsibilities:
- Organize merchandise in the warehouse space
- Box/prepare merchandise for shipping
- Ship customer orders in a timely manner
- Receive multiple shipments in the warehouse, daily
- Work flexible hours to accommodate events, games and retail store needs
- Superior product knowledge
- Knowledge of the inventory system
- Ability to process
- Assisting with inventory counts
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the work (pushing, pulling, lifting, squatting, etc.)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs. unassisted
- 1 to 3+ years of warehouse experience
- Hands on experience with inventory and logistics software programs
- Team player
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to work in a face-pace, team environment interacting with multiple departments
- Ability to work long, irregular hours as dictated by scheduling
- Available to work evenings and weekend events when necessary
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and great listening skills

Corporate Partnerships Coordinator
Position Summary/Objective:
The Corporate Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for fulfilling corporate partnership programs that incorporate all soccer and stadium-controlled assets. These assets include cross-promotional merchandise opportunities, co-sponsored workplace or community events, traditional signage, live stream commercial broadcast, radio, cross-promotional opportunities, print, digital, web, plus much more.
This role demands creativity in developing corporate partnerships that offer a unique yet meaningful value proposition that can be fulfilled efficiently, tracked, and reported in a professional and timely manner. This person is responsible for assisting the VP of Business Development & Facilities in creating partnership proposals, contracts, planning for sales retention, fulfilling partnership assets, and providing top notch customer service to all current and potential partners.
KEY Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the workflows and execution of partnership proposals, contracts, fulfillment, recaps, and renewals.
- Manage upwards of 80+ accounts throughout the life of the partnership.
- Uncover new opportunities to meet Partners’ needs and objectives in an efficient manner.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders within the organization to complete deliverable assets.
- Assist with the procurement of Partners’ printable assets such as banners, field signage, etc.
- Execute and complete the match day checklist of assets with set up and break down of signage, partner check-ins, proof of performance, etc.
- Ensure all Partners deliverables are fulfilled upon the commencement terms of the contract.
- Maintain a catalog of partnership assets and proof of performance to present to Partners during check-in and recap meetings.
- Conduct thorough research of assets and activations across all sports leagues to assist in the ideation process.
- Assist the Corporate Sales team by creating sales collateral such as presentation decks, proposals, contracts, etc.
- Oversee tracking of all Partner payments and invoices throughout the life of the partnership.
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings to ensure all goals have been met within the organization for events, match days, etc.
- Communicate internally and externally with appropriate stakeholders throughout the year.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College, University, or equivalent industry experience through internships, part-time or full-time work
- 1-2 years of event, promotions, and/or sales experience with a sports teams, stadium, arena, or public assembly facility is preferred
- Knowledge of CRM and project management tools such as Microsoft Office, GSuite,
- Trak Software, Blinkfire Analytics, etc.
- Excellent written, verbal, and auditory communication skills
- Work in virtual and in person team environments
- Effective time management skills with an ability to adapt and perform under pressure
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Natural assertive style and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and project coordination skills

Pay Range: $35,000-$45,000
Videographer
Position Summary/Objective:
New Mexico United seeks to hire a Videographer dedicated to the creation of long and short form video content and other digital content. This person works under the supervision of the Marketing Manager. The Videographer will work closely with the Marketing team to carry out short and long-term objectives of the marketing department. This person will collaborate with individuals and groups across the company and community while building relationships to elicit and document the heart of every story. A successful Videographer will be a self-starter in managing projects, advancing timelines, and recognizing important situations to capture individuals and events that define New Mexico United’s story.
Primary Duties:
- Produce raw video and audio assets for a feature length documentary of the 2020 season.
- Document everyday happenings of the New Mexico United front office, team, and coaching staff.
- Routinely interview individuals and aggregate stories within and outside of the company.
- Ideation of content and identification of community stories that are aligned with United’s mission statement and objectives.
- Maintain and organize the storage of video assets collected throughout the year.
- Document the progression of the team’s season on, off, and around the pitch.
- Routinely strategize and analyze with the CEO and Creative Director the direction and messaging of the video content.
- Assist or lead in various video shoots.
- Document the full spectrum of emotional and ultimately, defining moments of New Mexico United’s story.
- Build relationships with every member of the front office, technical staff and community, in turn opening doors to deeper telling of their stories.
- Meet the everchanging demands of the team’s storyline to capture the story of the 2025 season from beginning to end.
- Assist in compiling and refining footage for the final documentary piece.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited College or University, or equivalent industry experience.
- 2-3 years’ experience shooting, editing, audio recording, and post-production.
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Extensive working knowledge of DSLR and Cinema camera systems.
- Experience interviewing individuals.
- Willingness to meet the subjects of stories wherever and whenever is necessary to tell the full story.
- Enthusiasm for learning, unlearning, and relearning.
- Ability to self-manage and self-motivate.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
